Meet The Founder
Ar. Nitya Prakash
An architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), a Postgraduate Diploma in Vastushastra, and a Master's in Planning (Urban Planning), he believes great design starts at the roots. His multidisciplinary education forms the foundation of a design philosophy that seamlessly integrates architecture, planning, sustainability, and traditional spatial wisdom. Known for an obsessive eye for detailing and an unwavering commitment to absolute client satisfaction, he bridges the gap between ambitious vision and flawless execution.
A hands-on leader, he is happiest on site, working closely with vendors and contractors to simplify complex workflows while maintaining uncompromising execution standards. Equally passionate about fostering a healthy workplace culture, he believes exceptional projects are built by empowered teams, encouraging an environment where collaboration, accountability, and a strong work-life balance coexist.
For him, architecture is about understanding global standards of human comfort and translating them into locally responsive, sustainable solutions. Extensive travels across diverse cultures, climates, and architectural landscapes have profoundly shaped his design philosophy, enabling him to draw from international best practices while remaining deeply rooted in local context. This global perspective allows him to guide clients on sustainability, energy efficiency, urban sensitivity, and spatial harmony.
